Someone today was suggesting we try Shock Nagasaki on a ska show in Syracuse sometime.

I've never seen them and I have no idea if they'd be open to the idea. I've emailed them about this. They also don't strike me as an all ages band.

But those of you who've seen them, what do you think of the idea?

I've never seen them, but I'm a fan of good old fashioned punk rock.

I'd definately wouldn't mind seeing them on a ska show, or any show for that matter.

I am a big fan of them. Ive seen them and they are very cool to. I think they would do fine for a syracuse ska show.

Wait I thought we did have them on a show, one of the Salt City ones?

No, you're thinking of Subpar Breakers. The leader of the band really liked ska and they did one ska song, but otherwise, they had a very heavy hardcore-punk sound that didn't go over at all on that show. Gawd. They really wanted to open for The Slackers, but Vic and the guys would have killed me for that.
