Hey everybody, so i'm kinda new to the forum thing but hopefully i'm doing this right. 4 Point 0 recently recorded professionally at Subcat Studios, where other local ska bands have gone in the past. not bad guys. i'm diggin it.

the one song I listened to sounded like they took a new streetlight song, shat on the tones a little, put in a lesser vocalist.
listening to another song, vocalist sounds like 4:37's vocalist at some points which is cool, but I still don't like this.


There is more skill involved in this band than I have, or probably will have (judged on the recordings, not live performance), but no offense the originality factor isn't there.
Also, you don't have the voice for those faster 'harder' parts, but singing will definitely come with time if you keep at it.

hey to everyone who has posted so far with compliments and constructive comments thanks so much we really appreciate that you like our music/have something to say!

I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that we are not trying to make it big, or to be perfect, or even the best band in the area. We just love playing music and want to share ours with other people. So if you happen to not like it, I would just ask that you be respectful about it, and air on the side of constructive rather than rude.

On a lighter note, we are very excited to be playing at Devil's Night Out at Funk n' Waffles, as well as the show on November 29th, also at Funk n' Waffles. Hope to see you all there!
