So hey.

Myself, two of the robobuddies and a few other friends have been working on this band for the last month or so.

We named ourselves The Furies

We recorded a song today, it's a rough recording but it would be appreciated if you took a listen and perhaps gave us some feedback.

thanks all!

Vocally, I'm strongly reminded of Big D.

Because of who is in this band, I'm very excited at the potential. Plus, we seem rather overdue for a real ska-punk band in Syracuse. There is definitely room for that right now.

Plus, you guys are going to college in Syracuse, which means you'll probably be playing most of our shows during the school year, along with The Action! :king:

I did as well. You guys wrote great songs. You just needed to practice a little more and I really expected things to take off. The talent was obviously there.

The name is a reference to a gang the 1980's film "The Warriors".

Whom we're not ladies :flower:

When I listened to that recording I couldn't help but be reminded, not of big D, but of this one guy worth checking.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVrDa9RJzmM&feature=user
