I don't know what school you go to, but I assume the date is up there and correct?

FRIDAY, May 19th??

Just surprised yours is on a Friday. But so far, it's looking like Sat, May 20th is the best night for Ska Prom 2006. We were thinking 5/13, but we're now realizing thats a really, REALLY bad day to have it.

RazSum is graciously bowing out for it, because they'll be playing a lot in May as it is. Tri-State had to bow out because of too many schedule conflicts.

Westbound Train has been suggested and so has Amy Ryan & the Operatives (but not together, sorry), but neither has been asked yet. And some have already suggested they want some bands they can vigoriously skank to as well. Point taken.

Speak up ASAP. We need to nail down the details quickly. Date and preferred headliner.

I'm looking forward to this. :P

May 20th is Marathon's last show, with Fire When Ready and Achilles at the Furnace. PERSONALLY, I am definitely going to that show, and I think there might be a few kids going to that as well.

May 13th is my birthday show, but I don't think it would really conflict in terms of draw (its Engineer, Damiera, I Am Idaho, Eyes Averted, and Speria...not exactly ska), so I'm not going to be offended or anything if you book it that day.

SPENCER WHEN IS JD SENIOR BALL

The Marathon show is 6:30pm at the Furnace with 5 bands so there is really no way to work around it unless we did a matinee prom. If we did have ska prom that night I would bow out to see Marathon around 9:00pm but I doubt other people would bother and would go straight to Marathon if they had conflicting interests.

If it's not May 20th, I vote for Westbound Train. If it's May 20th, I'll be at the Furnace seeing Marathon one last time.
