Now then. I'm new to this forum, so I'm bigging up my band. BISON have been skanking in Sheffield and around for 2 years now. Ten strong, orange and mighty, we're all about the knees, actively spreading the love and totally dedicated to hats. We've just recorded our second album, 'Herd Mentality'.

Not too bad, man. The vocal intro reminds me a lot of 'Skinhead Moonstomp' and a track I can't remember the name of that I only have on tape now. I tell you what, I'm really diggin' 'Boring', though. Really diggin' it. Great vocal harmonies. Not bad stuff at all.

Cheers. I'll have a hunt for Skinhead Moonstomp, it's supposed to be a nod to the intro to One Step Beyond really, but in a Yorkshire stylee.

Boring rocks my world, could have kissed Jim when he wrote that one. It's kind of about ID cards in Britain, I think. Makes for good cheesy singalongs at gigs...

Yeah, now I've gone back and listened to it again, I hear the 'One Step Beyond'. But dig up Skinhead Moonstomp anyhow - it's by Symarip. The other track (after doing a tiny bit of research) is 'Double Barrel', by Dave & Ansel Collins - it's on the soundtrack to 'The Harder They Come'.
