Just read about this on the Slacker's site.


David Hillyard and the Rocksteady 7 in Utica

sounds like a fun time.
for those who don't know David Hillyard is the sax player in the Slackers. This band plays rocksteady jazz similar to ernest ranglin, monty alexander, etc etc. good stuff

I listed it on the Syracuse Ska site the other day, when I was frantically trying to get the shows listings updated.

Note that Dave Hillyard & the R7 are opening for Dub Is A Weapon on that show ...
