The Frankl Project (Covington KY reggae-punk)
Forty Lashes (Detroit MI punk-ska)
The RoboBuddies (Syracuse ska)
The Furies (Syracuse NY ska-punk debut)

at Funk'n Waffles in Syracuse.

All ages, $8, 4pm doors, show 4:30-9pm. Presented by Kingston Beat Productions.

I really enjoy Pinstripes, and The Furies look really promising, im gonna try to get to this show.

Mediocre ska-punk with lifeless female vocals vs. incredibly competent ska and dub, with improved male vocals.

I think both versions of the band had their merits. They were a fun band before, although in a very lightweight way, which I suppose is where the Save Ferris reference comes from. But this newer version is quite tight and enjoyable and you don't have to feel guilty for liking them now. :thumbup:

Yes! I haven't been there in two years. SO pending on my mother getting the time off from work to help split gas costs, I'll get going again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
