By the way this song sounds like you had some input in the writing. I can't say exactly what, but something in it reminds me of some of your solo stuff, though obviously more metal.

yeah. i was going to title this thread "attn: jay" but then i forgot. haha. it used to be New Song. actually, it still is. i would wager that if "cold world" was written on a set list, none of us would know what song it was.

this song is ripe for one of those misinterpretation youtubes

the recording lacks bass, not the instrument, but the bassy feeling.
If the recording was bassier the heavy parts of the song would sound way better.

other than that, it's pretty cool I guess, it's a weird mix with the metal and horns.

i don't have the actual recordings in hand yet, so i'm hoping that's just myspace.
