I want to do a relatively short run open opinion magazine for distribution around the syracuse area. Itll be free and i wont discriminate whats posted in it.

You can write whatever you want (movie/music/politics) and i can almost promise it will get published at some point or another as long as its not a) Homophobic B) Racist C) intolerant of other peoples cultures ideas etc

I will not publish any name calling or general ignorance. If you cant make your point without respect dont expect me to take your article seriously.

Come up with a name for your article and send me this template filled out along with an attachment of your article and a personal picture. Picture suggestions are welcome but i cannot promise anything will make it into the magazine.

would an article on how i think organic food is a sham be appropriate? i can promise a works cited longer than the entire text. what kinda length are we looking at here? 500 words? 5 pages? lemme know cause i really wanna write somethin along these lines

You can do it as long as you want on whatever topic you wish. I think that type of "editorial" would be fine. If you want it to be longer than 1 half sheet of paper in size 8 or 10 try to include a picture or two (maybe you can take a few of yourself at the syracuse coop or something?) Use your own judgement Ill look over it (edit certain words if necessary and send you back a proof if i do for your approval ( this would only be used in uncited sources/name calling/ignorance/ spelling) Have fun with it and thanks a lot.
