So I'm going to be back in Syracuse again from Tuesday-Friday of this week (27th-30th).
I am in dire financial straits right now and all I have to sell is knowledge.

I have years of jazz and classical theory under my belt, as well as years of performance experience playing funk, rock, reggae, salsa, punk, metal, bluegrass...all different kinds of music. I can shred and I can play comfortably in most odd meter situations. More importantly I'm a good teacher, and I've been able to help a lot of people out in terms of getting their shit together musically.
If you are interested in getting down with the music theory sickness, learning to read music, learning some ear training stuff, or picking up some cr00sh bass knowledge, get at me. I'm a low key dude but I can almost definitely help you out.

Yup, I'm under contract with them for 2 years. Pays real well and it's a lot of fun.

I didn't realize you were in that band. I'm pretty sure my office got a presskit from you guys for the Albany Jazz Fest last year, and I remember the CD being pretty killer. Not as good as Hobo Slobo of course... but then again, what is?

Not sure about the reunion...we'd need the right show to reunite for (cough cough book fishbone cough cough)...

Funk'n Waffles wants to book them badly, but given how expensive they are, it doesn't seem likely. :silent:
