Fishbone (cause I missed them last monday and am PISSED)
Toots and the Maytals (cause Toots is getting old)
The Wailers (cause Familyman is getting old)
Anything to do with Sly and Robbie

Make my dreams come true.

And I have a good dub band in nyc for you to check out, my sister's bf plays keys in it, last recording I heard was choice. No website, nothing, but I will find a way to hook you up with something.

Yes dude, more dub too! And I dig the metalska vibe.

Peace.

i was extremely fortunate to see sly and robbie perform last november in stowe, vermont. It was an excelent show. Sly and Robbie on the bass and skins, full horn section. They dubbed it out quite nice for the first hour or so, then tony rebel and half pint came out and got the place even hotter. crazy show.

i didnt like the wailers too much when i saw them. they were just playing bob marley covers, maybe a few originals. not to exciting unfortunately. now the original wailers lineup w/ peter, bob, and bunny singing old rocksteady tunes would be amazing to see.

go go gergie signing off.

Yeah, I've seen them a few times, most recently at Ska Summit in Vegas, and they always put on a good show.

In THEORY, I can book anyone. But the REALITY is that everyone mentioned is pricey, because they can justfiy big bucks in major markets and at major festivals. I'd be afraid of losing my shirt on high profile bookings like that, at least given where we stand at the moment.

It'd be nice if down the road someone in Syracuse can do bookings like that. But its not me, not right now, anyway.
