Paranoia Dance Party! - New EP available February 6th for free download on Open Hand Records.

We're really proud of this release, as we spent way too much time and money in the studio recording it. You can hear two of the five songs on our myspace now: http://www.myspace.com/paranoiadanceparty.

I dunno, I feel like I want to give them more time to find themselves. What really kills this for me is the horn lines. They don't really fit for me. They either need to write better one or start using a synth which I think will really complete their sound. Just because they wanna be kinda ska doesn't mean you have to have horns.

Those 2 songs sound real good. I'll definitely be checkin' the EP out.

Our guitar player decided to also put up an ad for our music and new EP on the 4chan music forum.

Needless to say, the criticism here is totally justified as well as explained pretty nicely.

As a matter of fact, we have been looking for a synth player, but havn't found anyone with the equipment / time / commitment. We would like to incorporate that all with a solid horn section, but it's tough finding talented musicians who are willing to spend the time and dedication needed into making something sound awesome that in all likeliness won't be a big time money-making band in any set genre. But we're still giving it our all, no matter what we've got going for us, and writing and playing what we think we would like to hear.

Also, I love you Alex. How is Magic Goat doing?
