(I wonder how many people who aren't danny will open this)...
3 mics is all we need for the show. If you'll have that there for Glow we're in good shape. See ya Saturday!

I suppose I should have referred to him by his full name, SKA danny, to avoid the confusion.

the glow needs 1 vocal mic and 4 or however many horn mics, and we will definately need a bass amp.

You're now looking to mic the brass? But, I thought we'd agreed on the phone that was overkill? It's a small place, so unless your brass players are really weak, it shouldn't be necessary. Maybe some of the musicians here that have been to shows there can better deal with this issue???

But either way, I want you to be comfortable on Saturday ...

well basically i was saying that 4 would be that max. i've never been the to place, but even at the harmony house if the brass have a mic it's usually turned way down, so. yeah it's not a problem to have no mics for the trumpet and trombone.

We can probably help with the bass amp. I think we're supposed to be on right before you guys, so we can just leave our stuff up there.
And Danny, if you're having trouble getting ahold of more microphones I'm sure we'll be bringing a couple of our own on the road with us just in case. Let me know.

Yeah dudes, you def. don't need mics for the horns there. The space is TINY, and it's like a big hall, so the sound travels back. I'll have a vocal mic with me, and a nice one at that. I'll have to ask Rosie if it's okay for y'all to use it, but I'll let you know.

wOOt. I'm so freakin' excited about this show. It's gonna be so awesome. We're gonna have so much fun.

Without Rosie there (she's working), I think I'm just gonna do all originals. Normally I'd have her up to do a cover (I'm trying to get a second working for us now), but whatever. It's gonna be some cool stuff.

8) Oooooh yeah.

Well I'm not Danny, but good thing I opened this cause I was just informed today that I'm supplying the PA, I know we're going to have atleast 3 mics, and i'm going to try my best to get a 4th one. I have mics, the problem is i don't have enough mic stands. Anyway someone could help me out with this?

Hehe, they never told you that you're providing PA Jeff? Hey, should I bring my amp or can I just run my guitar through the PA like I did with Magic Goat's stuff last time?

Damn, I need to get me a PA system. It would make life so much easier.

Perhaps you should talk to Mike Larkin or James Carmen about mic stands?
