Today Thursday 6pm i'll be playing a free show in a pickup band backing abijah from jamaica at the park behind central tech and the salvation army on s. salina near adams st. If any of you can, please come by and support the vibes. sat night we play at vinyls club underarthur murray dance schoool by dino BBQ. PLEASE PASS THE WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already have plans to go see Corn Bred at the Bella Luna on Friday night, or else I would go to that one.. Oh well. I love reggae, but I've got to support my fellow Native American blues lovers.

onondaga lake peace fest sat 12:30PM sunday 4PM(adm)

and sat night vinyls nightclub near dino BBQ under arthur murray dance school 10PM.($5)

how come that flyer doesnt list the onondaga lake peace festival shows except for a little URL in the bottom? is that show not free? well i checked out the URL for the onondaga lake fest looks well... interesting. i'll swing by and check it out, but i think that the lake may need a little more than a blessing in order for it to get clean. unfortunately.

more importantly... i just read that they're playing the justice center jail on saturday. this is very cool and i really respect that they're playing a show at the justice center. (at least i think this is happening). i bet the reggae music will be the best thing that happened to those prisoners all year long. johnny cash played folsom prison and wrote in the liner nots of the album that playing for the prisoners was a great experience cause it simply helped them get out of the monotony of everyday prison life.
